Once your retaining fee invoice has been settled and we have taken care of our compliance documentation, the search can commence. The retaining fee is not time restricted.

Buyers Success Fee

(2.5% + VAT)

Once the property is secured, we charge a “Success Fee” of 3% of the purchase price of the property (2.5% plus VAT) in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
