The Service
This process can take from a matter of weeks to as long as it takes for you to be completely satisfied that you have thoroughly understood the market, options available to you within your budget and ultimately with the choice of property we make together.
Step One
We set up an initial consultation with you to determine the exact parameters for your property search. We will discuss your search experiences thus far, properties you have visited etc and agree a fee schedule at this stage.
Step Two
Once through our client onboarding process we can begin work in earnest. We begin contacting local estate agencies and our wider network of property contacts to identify suitable properties which we pre view on your behalf to ensure total suitability.
Step Three
We will then arrange to take you into shortlisted properties. The process of visiting suitable properties together allows us to further define your specific likes and dislikes, boxes that need to be ticked and definites, must haves and optional criteria.
Step Four
Once we have identified the most suitable property with you, we agree on a purchasing strategy prior to conducting all of the price negotiation on your behalf.
Step Five
Having secured the property for the lowest possible price and on the best possible terms we manage the purchase transaction right through to completion, putting you in touch with approved Surveyors and Solicitors if required.
